Although the LLC for Benchmark Texas Construction was founded in 2013, the actual construction age is much more seasoned, with over 50 years of total New Construction, Remodeling, Construction Management, Fencing and Gate installs. A reputation for excellent quality construction and outstanding customer service has grown along with the company. Specializing only in residential construction has allowed us to become much more versed in all facets of construction. Our team works diligently to be responsive, giving clients the personal attention they deserve and solving problems in a timely manner. We strive to deliver a project that exceeds your expectations and respect both your time and investment in the project. We have weeded through years of sub-contractors, and feel we have been blessed with a crew that has the same desires to “do the right thing” as we do, by not compromising quality to save a buck. We all have our roles with-in the business and we don’t try to overstep our boundaries. I know where I compliment the company the best, and that’s what I focus on, I don’t try to do or tell someone how to do their job, while our construction crew understands their roles and where they excel the best and they don’t tell me how to do mine. We all work together to attain the ultimate goal of complete customer satisfaction. I also believe that we are doing what God has intended for us to do, and we all feel extremely blessed to have the ability to come to work every day and enjoy what we do. To ensure overall quality, we only use licensed contractors when needed and experienced depending on tasks.

We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Cory and Benchmark Fence & Deck Co. They did a beautiful job and it was a big project, probably bigger than initially planned. He had to tear down the existing house and fence to create the construction site. A new septic system had to be installed and the well water had to be purified. We wanted pier and beam in the Arts and Crafts style with lots of porches. We drew the plans ourselves and had no experience in this area. He made our dream house a reality. He used high quality materials by negotiating with his vendors thereby staying within our very tight budget. We will use him again when we build our garage. He makes good on his guarantee, we had to call him once after a torrential rain and he was there the very next day with his workmen. You can’t get better than that.
