We consider ourselves very lucky to have found Cory and Benchmark Fence & Deck Co. They did a beautiful job and it was a big project, probably bigger than initially planned. He had to tear down the existing house and fence to create the construction site. A new septic system had to be installed and the well water had to be purified. We wanted pier and beam in the Arts and Crafts style with lots of porches. We drew the plans ourselves and had no experience in this area. He made our dream house a reality. He used high quality materials by negotiating with his vendors thereby staying within our very tight budget. We will use him again when we build our garage. He makes good on his guarantee, we had to call him once after a torrential rain and he was there the very next day with his workmen. You can’t get better than that.
Cory and his team built a garden shed for us recently and it turned out better than we had hoped. Their work was professional and we love this new space. Cory was quite helpful with the documentation we needed to get our project through the design review process for our HOA; adhered to all the “rules” for construction; and started (and finished) the project on budget and on time. He was very hands-on in the selection of our materials and supervised his teams almost daily. The quality of the work is really wonderful and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Benchmark Fence & Deck Co. to others or to use this company again for future projects. So glad we were able to stay local with this.

Our project is almost finished, and so far they have done everything they said they would, and I am really happy with the outcome, it looks amazing. His crew has been very good, professional, skilled craftsman, and they kept things cleaned up each day. I would recommend this company to friends and neighbors, and I would use them again.
Was very professional. I told him what we wanted and he gave use some good advice on what would look the best. When they did the work they kept the work area neat also when they finished they cleaned up and took everything away and left the area very clean. The final product looks awesome.
